Bought 20 skeins of this yarn and most of these had tangling issues upon arrival and I wasn't able to easily wind these into center-pull balls - I had to do it by hand to get the tangles out even using a swift. The yardage I got was closer to 410 yards.

I love this yarn!! It takes dye very well - even generic dye like RIT. One skein (3.5 oz) is enough for two socks up to my knees with a little left over. Just divide the skein in half then work your socks from the toe up and see how far you get. The fabric is flat when a stockinette stitch is used but well defined with ribbing. I haven't used it with cables yet. It's springy but not so tight that it's difficult.

The yardage was not accurate. Closer to 409 yards. The weight is correct. I'll know when I dye and knit with it. I may change my rating once I have done that.
