Made locally and without the added cost of shipping from France so we can sell it at a very attractive price and have a better selection of sizes. Some say it is not as consistent as the French Guttas, but the great price makes up for it. Others like it just fine. The gold and silver are very pretty. Thin it carefully (if necessary) and clean up with Gutta Solvent. Colored Guttas are meant to stay on the fabric like a paint. Do NOT dryclean, unless you need to remove a mistake.

I've used this gutta for years. It is much thinner than usual producing a wider line even with a very thin tip.

The worst gold gutta ever. I shook and shook the can for a long time to try to get the gold separated from what ever chemicals to mix well. Upon applying the clear chemical still was separated and is sticky to the touch. This is a new batch just bought. Well not be using it again. It is too thin. Color is pretty but the silk is ruin.

I used to have a thicker black. The result was a very thin line. Upon application the line widens. The mixture has changed. It is my best product for my work.

Love the gold gutta makes the picture look very soft.. the only thing I do not like about this product it gets very gooey and sticky after it drys... and trying to get it out of the tips is a big pain... how do you do this? Do you have to keep on buying tips all the time this can be expensive.. Do not use the Gutta Solution unless this gets too thick just 1 drop will do too much it will run and get into other dyes and mixed and making a bleed you may not like.

not as colorfast permanent as I would like it to be. Thin lines tend to fade and wash out even while heatsetting.

I like that you don't have to wash or dry clean this resist. Wish a little more of the gold would stay though when steamed & washed.

Black gutta works great on most silks however on the 5mm habotai it tends to just "sit" on the silk and likes to stick to itself after washing and will stain your ironing board and iron even after repeated washing.
